Construction Site Supervisor (New York City)

Pay:

Starting From $30.00/ hour

Experience:

  • Construction Experience: 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Osha 30 hour

Work Location:

  • Throughout greater NYC area. Our mill-shop is located in Mount Vernon, NY with projects throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Ulster County. This position would be responsible for projects with NYC.

Requirements of the role:

  • MUST fully understand construction and have carpentry experience.

  • MUST have own tools, and truck.

  • Site-Super will be responsible for supervising all workers, subcontractors and job-site activities.

  • Assess and manage safety hazards.

  • Ensure appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.

  • Help coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment.

  • Complete records for site reports.

  • Organize and over see regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures

  • Resolve problems and implement improvements.

  • Must communicate with head project manager and managing partners.

  • Must have good customer service and be professional to clients.
